*새 문서 작성시 기본 인코딩을 UTF8으로 변경
Settings > Preferences > New Document/Default Directory > Encoding > UTF8 선택

*기본 글꼴 변경하기
Settings > Style Configurator > Language: Global Styles > Style: Default Style > Font name
